Lacey Russell: A little background about us is that we are a tool that focuses on helping students find their direction in college and post college life. We want students to discover their strengths and abilities so they can go in a direction that will cater to their talents in their major and their career. Our mission is to touch the lives of students so they see themselves through their strengths not their weaknesses. There are a world of problems in our education systems and we wish to take part and help change this.
